ABOUT THE BOOK

“In the first book ‘Isra & Meraaj’ (The Outer Stairways towards the Lord of the Universes), we delved into the possibilities of how the Prophetic celestial journey could have occurred physically. Our conclusion was that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) travelled the Meraaj in zero or no time and travelled back at minus time. This notion led to another startling discovery, aligning with the supposition of Lady Aisha’s (ra), that the entire journey was also a true vision witnessed by the Prophet (pbuh). This is because at zero or at minus time he (pbuh) did not move an inch from his original position; instead, he (pbuh) witnessed the Heavens descending or rather unfolding unto him (pbuh).

In this present book we attempt to unravel the mystery of the inner journey by analyzing Surah an-Najm and Surah at-Taariq. Surah at-Taariq indeed holds certain meta-concepts and key information regarding the secret journey within the human self. Understanding these from the spiritual perspective will lead us to appreciate how the ‘ocean’ perceived the Heavens unfolding within.
