Each plan includes the full publishing process — manuscript editing, cover and interior design, ISBN assignment, platform listing, and lifetime support. There are no hidden charges after plan confirmation. You can also pay in two or three instalments — speak to your publishing consultant at registration.

The standard timeline from manuscript submission to going live online is 20–30 days. This includes editing, cover design, interior layout, proofreading, ISBN, and platform listing. A dedicated publishing consultant manages your project end-to-end with regular call and email updates throughout.

Yes. You can schedule a specific release date for your book — whether it is a planned launch event, a festive occasion, or a personal milestone. Inform your consultant of your preferred date during the publishing process and the book will be made live on that exact day.

Manuscripts must be submitted as MS Word (.docx) files. Handwritten manuscripts are not accepted. If your content requires editing, Evincepub offers grammatical and language editing as part of select publishing plans. If your full manuscript is not yet ready, you can submit a synopsis and 4–5 sample pages to get started.

Yes. Evincepub publishes books in English, Hindi, and multiple regional Indian languages. Contact the team at [email protected] before submission to confirm language availability and any specific formatting requirements for your manuscript.

Marketing services are available as part of select publishing plans and include social media promotion, author branding, press coverage coordination, and platform listing optimisation. The scope depends on your chosen plan. Authors are also free to run their own campaigns independently — Evincepub supports rather than restricts your promotional efforts.

Initially, publication is through online platforms only. Offline retail distribution is considered once a book reaches a qualifying online sales threshold. Our team can discuss the pathway to offline distribution once your book has established a consistent online sales record.

Yes. The plan fee can be paid in two or three instalments with no additional charges for the instalment option. The payment schedule is agreed upon at the time of registration with your publishing consultant.

Yes. ISBN (International Standard Book Number) assignment is included in publishing plans. Your book receives a unique ISBN that makes it officially catalogued and discoverable in library systems and retail databases globally — a requirement for professional distribution on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

It means Evincepub takes zero publisher's commission from your earnings. Your royalty equals MRP minus any platform charges and printing cost — everything that remains goes to you. In contrast, traditional publishers typically pay authors only 7–15% of the cover price, retaining the rest. With Evincepub, all profits after transparent deductions are yours.

For sales through the Evincepub Store: Royalty = MRP − 5% of MRP. The 5% covers platform transaction fees and payment gateway charges. Since Evincepub does not charge a distribution commission on its own store, royalties here are significantly higher than on third-party platforms.

For third-party platforms: Royalty = MRP − 45% Distribution Commission − Printing Cost. The 45% is charged by the selling platform (not by Evincepub) to cover their listing infrastructure, payment processing, and order fulfilment costs. Your royalty is the amount that remains after these platform-side deductions.

Royalties are calculated monthly based on confirmed sales received from all distribution channels and transferred directly to your registered bank account every month. Your Author Dashboard is updated simultaneously with an itemised breakdown showing units sold, channel-wise earnings, deductions, and net royalty — so you always know exactly what you earned.

The Minimum Selling Price (MSP) is calculated as Printing Cost × 2.25. It is the lowest price at which your book remains commercially viable. You can set any MRP above this floor — the higher your price, the larger your royalty per copy. This calculator helps you instantly see how different MRP levels affect your earnings.

Yes — substantially. Because both Evincepub Store royalty (MRP − 5%) and Other Channels royalty (MRP − 45% − Printing Cost) are directly proportional to MRP, even a ₹50 increase in cover price can meaningfully improve per-copy earnings. The distribution commission (45% of MRP) is a fee charged exclusively by third-party selling platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. It covers their platform infrastructure, payment gateways, customer service, and logistics. This is a platform fee — Evincepub does not receive or retain any share of it. It is deducted transparently and shown in your royalty calculation.

No. Royalty differs by channel. The Evincepub Store offers the highest royalty since there is no distribution commission — only a small 5% transaction fee. Third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) deduct a 45% distribution commission plus printing cost, resulting in a lower — but still 100% of what is left — royalty. The calculator shows both side by side.

Print-on-Demand means your book is printed only when a customer places an order. There is no pre-printing, no bulk stock, and no warehousing. Each order on Amazon, Flipkart, or the Evincepub Store automatically triggers a fresh print and shipment. This eliminates all inventory risk, pre-publication printing expenditure, and the risk of unsold stock entirely.

Evincepub provides unlimited and lifetime inventory management at zero cost to the author — no storage fees, no annual maintenance charges, no minimum print runs. Your book is always available and in-stock on all platforms, permanently.

Yes. Author copies can be ordered through your Author Dashboard at printing cost + actual shipping charges — with no minimum order quantity. Whether you need one copy or a hundred, orders are placed on demand. Printing and dispatch takes approximately 8–10 business days.

None. Unlike traditional publishers who may charge storage, listing, or annual renewal fees, Evincepub maintains your book's availability across all platforms for a lifetime at no extra cost. Once published, your book remains live and orderable indefinitely — with no recurring fees of any kind.

POD books from Evincepub are produced using professional-grade digital printing with high-quality paper, binding, and cover finishes. The final print quality is equivalent to traditionally offset-printed books. Colour books, premium covers, and various binding options are available across publishing plans.

The Author Dashboard at evinceauthors.com is your live publishing control centre. It provides real-time sales tracking, channel-wise royalty breakdowns, monthly payment statements, author copy ordering, and book management — all in a single interface accessible from any device.

Dashboard access credentials are provided once your book goes live on publishing platforms. From that point, sales data populates in real time as orders come in. You will receive your login information along with your book launch confirmation from your publishing consultant.

Yes. Authors who want direct visibility into their Kindle sales can request direct KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) dashboard access. This provides first-hand access to Amazon's Kindle-specific data — sales figures, page reads, and royalty reports — directly from the source, in addition to the consolidated view on your Evincepub Dashboard.

Sales data is updated on a monthly basis on the Author Dashboard, reflecting confirmed sales received from all distribution partners. Each monthly report is itemised by platform — showing units sold, revenue, applicable deductions, and final royalty credited to your account. Royalty bank transfers are issued alongside each monthly report.

For digital sales on Kindle, Google Books, Kobo, Apple iBooks, and similar platforms, your royalty is 100% of the amount received by Evincepub from the channel. Each platform sets its own payout rate and payment schedule. Evincepub does not deduct any portion — the full received amount is passed directly to the author.

Your eBook will be distributed to: Kindle (Amazon KDP), Google Books, Google Play Store, Kobo, Apple iBooks, Scribd, Barnes & Noble, and additional digital channels. International digital distribution is included, making your eBook available to readers worldwide in all major digital reading ecosystems.

Yes. Evincepub offers publishing plans that cover eBook-only publication, paperback-only, or combined print + digital distribution. Speak to our publishing team to select the plan that matches your goals — whether you want global digital reach, physical copies, or both.

Yes. For paperback sales, royalty is MRP minus platform charges and printing cost. For eBooks, there is no printing cost — your royalty is simply 100% of what the digital channel pays to Evincepub. Since eBook platforms (Kindle, Kobo, etc.) have their own royalty structures and payout rates, actual eBook royalty per copy varies by platform and price point.

You do — fully and permanently. Evincepub does not acquire any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over your work. All creative rights, commercial rights, translation rights, and subsidiary rights remain solely with the author. Evincepub can also assist with Government Copyright Registration if you want formal legal protection.

Yes. Since you retain all rights, you can request delisting from any or all platforms at any time by informing your publishing consultant. Each platform has its own processing timeline, but delisting is typically completed within a few business days. You are under no obligation to keep your book listed permanently.

No. Evincepub is a self-publishing services platform. Authors pay for professional services (editing, design, distribution, support) and retain 100% of rights and profits. This is different from traditional publishing (publisher invests, author gets small royalty) and vanity publishing (pay-to-publish with no quality controls or genuine distribution). Evincepub combines professional-grade services with complete author ownership and financial transparency.

Since Evincepub does not acquire any rights from authors, you retain full freedom to pursue other publishing arrangements for your work. We recommend reviewing the specific terms of your selected plan with our team for clarity before making such decisions. Authors are not locked in.
