About The Author
Kolluri Bhavana is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology. She previously worked as the Head of the Department at Vasundhara Degree College for Women and possesses more than 25 years of rich teaching experience in reputed institutions such as St. Martin’s Engineering College, CMR Technical Campus, Tirumala Engineering College, and CRV Engineering College.
Her areas of academic expertise include Human Resource Analytics, Business Analytics, Research Methodology, Statistical Analytics, Intellectual Property Rights, and various Human Resource Management subjects. She has taught Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) extensively throughout her academic career and has delivered the subject nearly sixteen times at postgraduate and professional levels.
She completed her MBA from University P.G. College, Subedari and earned her B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (KITS).
Kolluri Bhavana has published numerous research papers in national and international journals. She has organized workshops on Tableau and Power BI, actively participated in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), National Education Policy (NEP) initiatives, seminars, and workshops. She has also guided nearly 100 MBA students in their academic projects and research work. In addition, she is the author of the book AI in Business, reflecting her interest in emerging technologies and modern business practices.
