About The Author

Bimal Sinha, MBA (H.R.M., M.M.); M.Com. (Management); HDNCC(Computers); PhD; is the Head Deptt. of Commerce; M.C.D. College; Sonai, affiliated to Assam University; Silchar. He did his PhD from the Deptt. of Business Administration; Assam University; Silchar. As a University Grants Commission (UGC) Research Fellow. He is Life fellow of Indian Commerce Association (I.C.A.); Life Member of North East India Commerce and Management Association (N.E.I.C.M.A.). He honoured Gold Medal for Research by Barak Education Society (BES) in association with Assam University Silchar.
He has Researched extensively in the areas of plantation Management; Management practices; Human Resource Management; Marketing Management; Quality Management; Entrepreneurship Development; Business Studies; Commerce; Economics; Socio-Economic Status of Communities and Banking etc. He participated in various national and international workshops organized by different colleges, universities and prestigious institutes at regional level; national level and international levels. He published more than 6 chapters in ISBN books and published more than 10 manuscript / Article in the national and international UGC referred Management Journals. He has approximately 20 years of teaching experience in the field of Management at under graduate level at college since 2007.
