The last nine years have been the most curious years for the man on the street. The common man has witnessed incessant push and pull. Demonetisation, CAA NRC and protests at Shaheen Baug, Farm Laws and the following protests, COVID-19 and the antics by some, now UCC and the protests against it. Just like the game “Tug of War.”

Except that the numbers don’t match on both sides. It is an uneven match where the forces pulling India down are far more in number than the single entity on the other side—India, that is, Bharat.

It is as if India is struggling with all its might to surge ahead, and some unseen forces are trying equally hard to pull India back.

Who wants India to lose, and why?

There are many unanswered questions, questions we never asked, questions we should have asked. Can the common man solve the perplexing mystery of these unforeseen forces in time to free India from the invisible chains, or will he get engulfed by these forces? Will he succeed in hacking his way into the hacker’s brain and decoding the mystery? Will he drown in the conspiracies, or will he wake up, open his eyes, fight back and SURVIVE?
