About The Author

Dr. Abdullah is a respected scholar and dedicated teacher in the field of Ilmul Advia (Pharmacognosy and Materia Medica) in the Unani system of medicine. He completed his BUMS degree at Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (U.P.). Later, he pursued higher studies in Ilmul Advia and earned his M.D. from the National Research Institute of Unani Medicine for Skin Disorders, Hyderabad, which is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Telangana. With his wide experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice, he continues to share knowledge and make valuable contributions to the growth of Unani medicine.”
Currently serving as Assistant Professor of Ilmul Advia, Deoband Unani Medical College Hospital &Research Centre Deoband U.P. Dr. Abdullah has been actively engaged in curriculum development, NCISM-compliant academic resources, and innovative teaching methodologies for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Unani medicine.
Dr. Abdullah has authored/ co-authored several scientific publications, review articles, book and Magazines in reputed journals and is also involved in conference presentations, workshops, and training programs related to traditional medicine and drug standardization.
