About The Author
Dr. Baloy Bhattacharjee is a faculty member and Assistant Professor in Sikkim National Law University. During my Lifetime, I spent 8 years in the Career in legal Education. Previously I was a Research Coordinator, IQAC (Member), Head of the department of Legal Studies, overall 7 scholars have completed their research work under my supervision also worked in various committees of (Arunachal University of Studies, Arunachal Pradesh). Previously I practiced as an Advocate in Tripura High Court for 2 years. In my Academic career, I have written some Book Chapters in Edited volume, Articles, Delivered Lectures for academic growth and sharing knowledge.
Dr. Sunita Panth is a prominent faculty member and Assistant Professor of Law at Sikkim National Law University (SNLU), specializing in Constitutional Law and Human Rights. I am a dedicated educator for shaping my academic career through significant teaching and research milestones in the legal field. I was awarded Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla. My doctoral research focused on a highly relevant socio-legal study titled, “Position of Refugee Women in India: A Socio-Legal Study.” also having experience in various administrative works, like in JJB District board and several articles published and given presentation on various field of law in my past experience.
