Description
In a world where yoga has become a global phenomenon, encountering a realized Yogi is still a rare and profound experience. The Autobiography of a Yogi, an international bestseller by Paramhansa Yogananda, introduced millions to the transformative power of Kriya Yoga, but the story doesn’t end there.
AWAKENER, new remarkable authorized biography of the fifth Guru of the Kriya Yoga Shailendra Sharma, introduces the reader to extraordinary life journey of a contemporary ascetic who continues ancient tradition today by carrying the powerful teaching of Mahavatar Babaji and Lahiri Mahasaya into 21st century.
This book illuminates Shailendra Sharma’s deep authentic knowledge of the secrets of Creation, Time, Void and the alchemy of yoga in a way compelling even to the uninitiated readers. In stark contrast to the idealized portrayals often found in spiritual literature, this candid account delves deep into the true essence of Samadhi—something rarely described in modern spiritual writing—and the path to immortality.
AWAKENER will inspire and challenge anyone’s perception of reality, revealing the depth of the mind and heart of a Yogi whose wisdom transcends time.
