projects. He holds a Ph.D. in Risk Management and an MBA in Project Management and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering, with a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing reflecting a unique blend of
technical expertise, research excellence, and management acumen.
Throughout his career, Dr. Dutta has been associated with the design and execution of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems, industrial plants, power projects, defense infrastructure, and intelligent asset
management. His expertise encompasses structural engineering, project
