About The Author
Dr. Hardaman Singh Bhinder is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism, Hospitality and Hotel Management, Punjabi University Patiala, Punjab. He is an alumni of Bangalore University, did his four year bachelor degree in Hotel Management (4 year). He is in teaching profession from the last 12 years. Before joining Punjabi University, he has worked in various academic institutions such as Chitkara college of Hospitality and M.M.University, Mullana. Dr. Hardaman Singh Bhinder has got to his credit 20 research paper publications and presented more than 15 research papers at various national & international conferences. He has published his first book on the title Practical Aspects of Hotel Guest Cycle: Pre Arrival Stage. He has been awarded Educators award in University education for his outstanding contribution of his quality work performance in the field of hospitality education by Indian Hospitality Congress. He teaches Hotel Operational and Tourism Management subjects.
