Description
About The Book :
Jurisprudence Made Simple: Legal Theory Through Indian Cases and Constitutional Principles presents jurisprudence as a practical and evolving field of law rather than a collection of abstract theories. Written in clear and accessible language, it explains how juristic ideas influence legislation, judicial reasoning, constitutional rights and the administration of justice in India. The book connects classical legal theories with Indian constitutional principles, statutory provisions and leading judicial decisions. It also addresses contemporary legal issues such as privacy, data protection, artificial intelligence, environmental justice, climate change, medical ethics, legal pluralism and globalisation. Its simplified explanations, practical illustrations, comparative analysis and examination-oriented approach make it useful for students of LL.B., B.A. LL.B. and LL.M., as well as candidates preparing for Judicial Services, PCS-J, UGC-NET and SET examinations. It will also serve as a valuable reference for teachers, researchers and readers seeking a clear understanding of legal theory within the Indian constitutional framework.
