ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Thirupathi Chellapalli, presently working as an Assistant Professor at LN JN NICFS – National Forensic Sciences University, Delhi campus. Actually, he has received his PhD in Management specialization in Marketing from School of Management Studies (SMS), University of Hyderabad. He was a UGC JRF scholar. Prior to that he did his MBA from Osmania University and studied B.Sc., in Bio-Technology from Kakatiya University. His broad area of research and teaching interests are Marketing, Research Methodology, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Self Service Technologies, Internet and Digital Marketing, Services Marketing, Sales and Distribution Management, and Marketing Analytics. Before joining NFSU Delhi he worked as Assistant Professor at GITAM School of Business, and University of Kalyani, West Bengal. Dr Thirupathi has published research papers in several national and international journals includes, ABDC, Scopus, UGC CARE and presented several acclaimed papers in national and international conferences.
