The author is consultant Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Besides routine clinical practice the author is interested in research activities and likes to explore the pragmatic dimension of latest scientific developments. Such acumen has led the author to write a book about biological agents. In addition to his professional domain, the author has written a book about Metaphysics as well. The author is member of many associations and scientific societies.

Dibyajyoti Saikia,MD, is currently Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Noida International
Institute of Medical Sciences. Having completed his MBBS from Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati, he went on to pursue Md from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. After having completed his postgraduation, the author has been successfully involved in co-learning with the younger generation of budding doctors.
