Right To Health and IP Regime- A Special Reference to Covid- 19 Pandemic, is a book which is focusing on the importance of basic human right to health while explaining its validity through the lenses of international covenants and treaties as well as its relationship with various constitutional provisions & others laws for the time being in force in India. A major part of this book is based on the intersection, contradictions & other relations of the human right to health with the Intellectually property laws especially patent laws. This book has attempted to deal with all issues regarding between human right to health and IP regime, while specifically mentioning the current scenario of Covid-19 in relation with our topic of book. All the relevant national and international judicial precedents are made the part of this book to give the better understanding regarding the topic of book.
About the author
Mr. Harsh Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at IMS Unison University, Uttarakhand, since March 2020 as well as pursuing Ph.D. from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Prior to joining IMS University he was working as Assistant Professor in the college of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi. He has done his graduation in law from very esteemed institution Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, New Delhi, and LL.M in specialization of Intellectual Property Law from National Law University, Jodhpur. He has written various research papers in reputed journals, attended various seminars, workshops and training programs. His areas of academic interests include Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, International Law & Human Right Law. || Miss Upasana Borah is currently pursuing her final year in B.B.A LL.B (Hons) from N.E.F LAW College. She had also published various research papers in International and National Journals and in UGC peer reviewed journals and also various International and National conferences.
