About The Book
“Some truths heal you, some truths break you, while some… change you forever.”
You give yourself a little borrowed time—to live a little before you die. In that time, you meet someone, and the decision to take your life starts to falter as you begin to see things differently. But what if the same person becomes the reason you wanted to end your life in the first place? This is Neha’s story—will she die, or dare to live?
Now imagine being a writer with one successful book out of three, your career hanging by a thread. Then, you find the diary of a girl named Neha—someone you only saw for a fleeting moment. Her diary becomes your next story, but you can’t write it until you find her. The problem is, you know nothing about her except her name. This is Vasu’s story—will he find her, or lose himself instead?
And imagine having life all figured out, living simply by your own rules. Then, one act of kindness pulls you into someone else’s chaos and throws your own balance off course. This is Arjun’s story—will he find his footing again, or be changed forever?
Find the answers to all these in The Morning Star—a story of life beyond death. A writer, a lost girl, and a believer in simplicity—three paths intertwine to test the limits of love, resilience, and the choices that define life itself.
About The Author
Shilpa Vaghela is a storyteller drawn to the quiet corners of human emotion—failure, longing, love, and the fragile hope that survives despite everything. Born into a lower middle-class family, she followed the expected path into the corporate world before choosing the uncertainty of writing over comfort.
Her work spans fiction, literary romance, and inspirational storytelling, often centered on broken people searching for meaning, connection, and second chances. Writing, for her, is not about perfection but about truth—the kind that feels raw, personal, and deeply human. She believes stories don’t need answers—just honesty.
When she isn’t writing, she observes life, collects fleeting moments, and listens to silences that later find their way onto the page.
