A human life is very precious, as it is only in the human body that we can reach the liberation . The Method explained in this book touches on all aspects of life: physical, spiritual and emotional, and teaches us how to live life to its fullest and highest potential.
My reason for sharing this knowledge is based on a belief, and hope, that if we all become aware of ourselves, our lives and the nature around us, the whole planet will become a temple one day, full of divine beings.
The Method of Sacred Chakra Healing enables us to feel grounded and supports our mind to come to the state of clarity. You will be able to realise your feelings, to see your own behaviour, all through understanding your energy centres, chakras. This is your first step towards liberation.
This book should be seen as practical guidance on how to release the old emotional and physical blockages from our system, which have a negative influence on the chakras’ functions.
By the same method you will also learn how to prevent the creation of new emotional strains and imbalances. Through a combination of meditation techniques, mantra chanting, kriyas and asana sequencing, The Sacred Chakra Healing Method teaches us how to recognise and target a specific imbalance in the chakras and so heal it.
We will first take you through each chakra individually. Later in the book you will find the practical exercises on balancing chakras described in an easy to follow sequence (this is particularly useful once we start working with the practical exercises). We will study Pancha Prana Vayu system, the system of five different airs – subtle energy flows in our body, which have a significant impact on the health of chakras. We will look at the method through the glasses of Yoga, breathing techniques and Vedic knowledge.
