ABOUT THE AUTHOR
“Dr. Siddhant Chandra primarily belongs to Hazaribagh Jharkhand.
He has completed his Graduation in Zoology from St.Columbas College Hazaribagh and thereafter studied L.LB from Campus Law Centre Delhi.
After a brief Law practice in district courts of Delhi and Delhi High Court he went to pursue his masters in Law from NALSAR Hyderabad.
He has a teaching experience of around 9 years in both State and Private institutions.
He has completed his Doctorate from The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS).
Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor in Law in St Xavier’s University Kolkata.”
