ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Nehal Ahmad Ansari is M.A. in Urdu, M.A. in History, M.Ed., Ph.D. in Humanities from Patna University. He qualified UGC NET in Education and Urdu. He also got Ph.D. in Education from NOU, Patna He is an Assistant Professor in School of Education and Training in Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad (A Central University). At present he is working at the College of Teacher Education (A Satellite Asansol (West Bengal). He has been teaching and working in the area of the teacher education for over fourteen years. He has written two books and a number of research articles in national/international referred/peer reviewed and UGC care listed journals. He has also participated in several national/international seminars, conferences and workshops in India and abroad. He received Shikhscha Bhushan Samman in Nepal.
Dr. Faiza Altaf is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education and Training at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad (A Central University). At present, she is working at the College of Teacher Education (a satellite campus of MANUU) in Asansol, West Bengal. She is M.Sc. in Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, M.A. in Psychology from UOU, M.Ed., and Ph.D. in Education from Jamia Millia Islamia. She qualified UGC NET in Education. She is having nine years of teaching experience in teacher education. She authored 20 research articles in national/international referred/peer-reviewed/UGC care-listed journals. edited books, and proceedings. She has also participated in several national/international seminars, conferences, and workshops. She received AMP’s 7th national award for excellence in education as an exemplary higher education teacher.
