Being an event manager is not the job for the faint hearted. As it needs a lot of dedication towards planning and execution with limited time and maximum creativity. Planning an event is itself a very difficult process to start with and if you are in shows or exhibitions finances can really be the most difficult part to manage. Many a times even we are good with finances, but external factors can create a havoc… Disaster management is an integral part in the event may it be late food truck or fan or AC not working in the guest room or rains we have to be ready for everything. Every event has its own charm and an own style. We have to understand people and their needs to make an event successful. Like a seminar needs all the amenities we cannot provide fried food and sweets to a weight loss seminar… Likewise, we cannot provide a diet food for a wedding… Each event is same as well as different.
