About the book
“Raindrops” is as pure as the first ray of Sun after Rain. When the sky showers its love, the earth feels fresh and novel. In the same way, when we get some dips of affection in our weak moments, we also find new beginnings in life. While juggling between the ups and downs of life, we create remarkable tales of our own. This book sums up a few anecdotes of emotions, love, fear, conflicts, dilemmas, and realizations which we endure throughout our lives. These big and small episodes are very crucial as they define what we are. The stories worded in the book enable us to have a closure look at our lives. Though the characters of the stories are not real, they tend to develop a bond with us and make us see our reflections in them. This book is a flavourful treat with a blend of sweet and sour episodes from the platter of life.
About the author
I have a habit of observing my surroundings and I feel that they interact with me. Whatever I write, is an outcome of the conversation of my inner soul with the environment around me. For me writing is meditation and I try to put my soul into every piece I write. Rather I would say, my pen speaks my heart. Last year my book titled “Zubaan-e-Kalam” was published which is a poetry collection in Hindi. The book hit the title of Amazon Bestseller in just two months of release and then, there was no looking back. I have been writing articles for the news and opinion sites “Indianfolk.com” and “The Rise Insight.” My article “Follow Your Heart” was published in “The Hindu”. I also Co-authored anthologies titled “World Through Poetic Sensibility-A Congregation of Indian Poets” and “The Fake Society.” Recently, I secured rank among the top 50 poets of India in a National Level Poetry Contest.
