– Unit 3: Motivation – Explores key motivation theories, including Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, McGregor’s Theory X and Y, Goal-Setting Theory, and Reinforcement Theory.

– Unit 4: Leadership – Discusses leadership theories such as Trait, Situational, and Behavioral approaches, along with contemporary perspectives. It also covers Blake & Mouton’s Managerial Grid, and the distinction between Transactional and Transformational Leadership.

– Unit 5: Contemporary Issues in Management – Examines modern challenges like digitization, automation, AI, globalization, and workplace diversity. It also introduces Indian ethos in management, drawing lessons from Indian heritage, Vedas, and Kautilya’s Arthashastra.
