ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jitendra Dutt Sharma has spent more than 41 years in the corporate world. He has worked in Indian manufacturing and large multinational IT companies. He transformed from a technology person to a leadership role and successfully managed thousands of people across multiple countries. His role includes strategy, operational excellence, bringing value to customers and employee engagement to facilitate their professional development. He has a vast experience of managing multiple green field projects during the time when computerization of the industry was still evolving.
Jitendra Dutt Sharma has witnessed the software industry from the perspective of a small EDP department in a manufacturing organization to that of an enormous organization whose core business mission is critical IT applications of today’s era. In his last job, he held the position of Vice President Global offshore center in an MNC.
