This story is about a common man who migrates from his native place to some other place/city in search of a job. When people migrate, Initially they live in a rented accommodation for which they pay a rent to the house owner. When they feel that they have got a good job or set up their business after initial struggle, they start thinking to buy a house for themselves. They feel that monthly rent is a wastage of money. But it’s not easy to buy a house of suitable size at good location & on reasonable prize when there is no financial support from family. There is always a struggle for such people to buy a dream house & most of the time they compromise with so many things. This compromise may be for location or size of house or in some cases, they compromise with their lifestyle also. Sometimes they are not able lead a good standard life because they invest lot of money for their dream house and at the same time, they need money for the education of their children, save money for future etc. After migration, it is not necessary that everyone struggles for his livelihood. Some people do very good in their life, some live average life & & some struggle lifelong to arrange bread & butter. Once people think that they are comfortable with their job or business & they don’t want to change city, they try to buy a home for themselves. They try for it but there many factors which affect their decision and makes things difficult in the way of their dream home. These factors may be internal or external. It’s a motivational story of Vicky & his two friends who migrates to Gurugram City from other parts of country. They try to buy a house for themselves but there are many ups & downs in the journey of their dream home.
