Today’s and future mobile generation communication of networks support different requirements by different users. Although wireless mobile communication networks started to support ordinary phone calls, today, mobile phones offer many other services such as text messaging, multimedia messages, web browsing, and video transmission. Even for the same type of calls, different customers may have different quality of services requirements based on different cost per user.Call Admission Control (CAC) is the fundamental aspect in existing the service quality of the elements of wireless mobile network. CAC provides the solution of the issues that which new service call(s) can be admitted in the system from waiting users. This will in turn look for the power and data-rate requirements for that (those) particular user(s) for fixed time duration. It restricts the access to the network based on resource availability in order to prevent network congestion and service degradation for already supported users. CAC has critically defined role in performance of network. A quality CAC Scheme crucially defines the acceptance or rejection of new requests. In order to make that, the scheme must take into account many factors, and try to balance the network utilization, and the call rejection ratios, which are usually contradictory. In order to achieve maximum utilization, we must admit any call. Simultaneously, in order to decrease call rejection ratio for high priority calls, we must leave some extra bandwidth in the network for high priority calls.

He is expert in designing & deployment academic curriculum. As the chairman of IPR cell, he organizes the seminar, workshops for the students and faculty to promote the research. He has filed for numerous patents & copyright mostly in Computer Science and Engineering to serve the nation in the field of research. Dr. Sharan authored and coauthored more than 80 papers in refereed international journal (SCI and Non- SCI) and conferences like IEEE, Springer, American Institute of Physics, New York Science international Journal New York City (USA), American Science Journal, BioInfo science Journal, Academic science of international journal (USA), International Journal of researcher, American Journal of Physics (USA) and many international Conferences and National Conferences, like IIT (International Conference) etc. and serve as editor of different international journal and Reviewer in SCI and Non SCI journal, serve as a committee member in many IEEE Society, Springer International Conferences. He is delivered a guest lecture, keynote speaker, chaired a session in many National and International conferences, Faculty Development program and workshop.
