Maithili is a battle fought for key decisions of life, she is an austerity done for a specific task and is a stream that flows on the path of continuous effort. Maithili is the story of a girl who is austere, a guide for all, a girl who chooses public welfare by abandoning all her pleasures like a hermit and accepted to walk on the path of duty, her life was no less than austerity.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I am from the little Indian town of Jabalpur, where I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Jabalpur (topped my college). finished a Master’s in Hindi at the University of Pune and received a Kovid degree in vocal classical music from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, which is the equivalent of a master’s in music. Now continuing on the P.H.D. route. I have worked as a teacher for more than 20 years and have taught at St. Joseph’s Convent Senior Secondary School Sagar, St. Aloysius’ Senior Secondary School Jabalpur, The Bishop’s Co-Ed School Undri in Pune, and St. Mary’s School in Pune. My hobbies are reading and writing, therefore in addition to my academics, I have taken various little courses, including one in painting.
