JUGATBAAZ is the heartwarming and often hilarious journey of Saafi, a witty young man from a small village in Uttar Pradesh. Armed with his sharp, desi-style “jugats,” Saafi dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian to honor his late mother’s wish. Despite mockery from villagers and disapproval from his father, he is supported only by his student and Ruchika, a girl who silently loves him.
