ABOUT THE BOOK

The word “manushya” (man) originates from “man” (mind). Where there is “man,” there is “God,” and where there is “God,” the possibility of “Satan” also exists. It is “belief” that drives humans to move forward, think, and do anything; and where there is “belief”, there is life. My name is “Alok.” Alok is not the author of this story; I, Alok, am one of the main characters in this story. I am the one who will acquaint you with the emotions of this tale. This is not a story of human beings but rather of their ideas. On a personal level, I believe that all the battles in this world are between ideas, and I don’t know why, but every person seems to consider their idea as the ultimate truth, and from here, politics begins. This story is a bit different because both ideas here accept that God exists. One is angry with God and says that if God exists, He should confront him, or else he will disrupt the balance of creation and plunge the Earth into the fires of destruction. The other tries his best to stop him. While all of science and spirituality still do not provide a precise answer regarding the “man” (mind), one character in this story claims to understand the existence of the “man” (mind) and even uses it to control all of humanity. The other seeks a way to free himself from the “man” (mind) to save the Earth from becoming a crematorium. This story is different because neither of the two ideologies supports the concept of “free will”. One believes that if free will doesn’t exist, then God is responsible for the destruction of the Earth. The other also believes in God but insists that nothing will be destroyed in the end; it all depends on how one perceives things. Another character has kept his brain alive for 5,000 years and claims to be a friend of “Krishna Dvaipayana” (Vyasa). He says, “Krishna Dvaipayana” was deceptive. He called himself an incarnation of Vishnu and fooled the world, and he was jealous of me. The problem with him is that only his brain is alive, and he is searching for another body—the robot was prepared for his body. His sole aim is to destroy this world and create a new one. He, too, claims to be the hero of this story. He rejects the system created by God and says that according to this system, there is only pain and suffering, so it must be destroyed, and he wants to create his own world. To awaken people, he wishes to lift the veil of illusion from the eyes of this world. Whether he is truly the hero or the villain of this story, you will have to read and find out. The central theme of this story is “God,” perhaps because God is the central point of all our lives. Let’s dive into this story and see if I am indeed the one with divine powers—can I save this world? Join me inside this tale, where you will get to know about the love between Sati and me. Sati may not be with me physically, but she is always with me spiritually, and in many places, Sati herself will speak to you. By the end of this story, will I survive? Will Sati, even though she is not physically present on this Earth, help me stop this battle? I don’t have all the answers, but hopefully, this story will unravel each mystery in its own time.
