About the author
T. S. Kumaresh, also known as Kums, is from Bangalore. His father, T. K. Surendran, a retired school principal and spiritual speaker who has written several books on spiritual topics, is an inspiration to him.
The author is a management graduate with over 25 years of professional experience in various roles and industries, and is a regular Vipassana meditator. He reads books on spiritual, motivational, and self-development subjects on a regular basis. During the lockdowns in 2020 and 2021, he wished to serve people by channelizing his knowledge to other people. As a result, the author is eager to share his discoveries, learnings, and experiences with a wider audience through the publication of his book, so that everyone can benefit.
