About the Author

Dr. Ila Agarwal is serving as a teacher in Teacher Education department since 2001. Presently she is working in Hindu college Moradabad in the capacity of Professor. She has been awarded by different national agencies for her commendable work in the field of education. She has been a source of inspiration and motivation for her students. Dr. Ila Agarwal also holds a position of a counselor in Indira Gandhi National Open University. Dozens of dissertations have been supervised by Dr. Agarwal and she is also guiding and supervising research scholars for their PhDs. Many research papers of Dr. Agarwal have been published in National and international journals. Besides her excellence as an academician she is also known for her poetry writings. She has been a source of inspiration in motivation for her students.
