About the author
Presently working as Head of the Department of Education at Government Degree College Kulgam, Mohammad Ashraf Mir obtained his M.A., M.Ed. and M.Phil. from University of Kashmir. Besides qualifying UGC-NET and SET Examinations, the author has attended a number of seminars, workshops and conferences. He had contributed research papers to reputed national and international journals.
