“I am Arfat Khan, and love being called just Arf, it makes me loose a sense of identifying myself on the surface because surface is one place I don’t belong to. Depth holds a special place in my heart for anything that’s called Life. My journey in life has been of countless ups and downs, it has made me taste great heights of corporate success just before throwing me down to rock bottom, in order to wake me up to my visions and dreams and rise higher with a burning desire to heal this world. As well said by every philosopher “With tremendous pain and suffering comes wisdom, or to know the light, we need to experience darkness” cleared my intention to help heal every one struggling with darkness in them and guide them to their inner light of wisdom. The rock bottom phase of my life pushed me to the well needed sabbatical break from my established corporate career. It took me into the bliss of Himalayas for over a year and helped me spend some quality time with some of the most renowned Saints, Sages and Mystics inhabited in the high lines of this spiritually blessed mountain range. With countless hours of mastering different types of meditations and these experiences, led me into imploding amount of curiosity for knowing the true nature of every form of life. As said by the famous Indian mystic,” to know the nature of life from sub-atomic to the cosmic level, we just need to put enough attention and awareness to this master piece we have, called the human body”. This inspired me enough to dig deeper into aspects of Quantum Science, History, psychology, theology and mysticism. It deepened my understanding about the aspects of healing the most dominant part of our mind, i.e. the subconscious mind, which controls and manifests most part of our lives. With this kit of goodies I packed during my time of self-transformation, I gained enormous knowledge and wisdom to reach out to every soul that needs help and healing on spiritual, mental and physical grounds.
