This book aims at bringing out the different dimensions of Indian Diasporic sensibilities including phases of diaspora, phases and process of acculturation etc., as portrayed by the Indian diasporic writers across the world and the techniques employed by them in explicating and theorizing those dimensions. It have covered a wide range of topics including unearthing culture, cultural alienation, social realism, bicultural identity integration, gender issues, discrimination, cultural vagrant, male chauvinism, man-women relationship, assimilation, psycho-analytical, depiction of hunger and detriation post-modern feminism. The book will prove to be of immense help for those working on writers of Indian diaspora. About The Author

I’m Dr.K.S.DHIVYA, working as an Assistant Professor of English at Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Tamilnadu. I’m Completed my Ph.D in English Literature at Government Arts College, Coimbatore to Bharathiar University. I’m completed M.A., M.Phil., in English Literature at Vellalar College for Women (Autonomous), Erode to Bharathiar University. I worked seven years (2011-2019 ) in Vellalar College for Women, Erode, as an Assistant Professor and at present, I’m working in Trinity College for Women, Namakkal as an Assistant Professor. I have been presented several research papers in national and international level Seminars/Conferences and I have been participated several Faculty Development Programmes (FDP)/ Seminars/ Conferences/ Worshops in various Colleges.
