Hence the book is issued during the time of pandemic situation we had wrote a separate topic on Covid-19 and Right to Access Medical Health Facilities.
About the author
Ms. Upasana Borah is currently pursuing her B.B.A LL. B (Hons) in Constitutional Law from N.E.F Law College affiliated to Gauhati University, Assam (2016–2021). She holds the title of ‘Young Researcher’ from the Institute of Scholars. She has also published her books on Women and Law, Legal Essays on Social Issues, Discovering the Rights and Privileges of Constitutional law, Law and Justice in the age of Globalization, View the world from a woman’s eye, Judicial Review, Criminal Psychology & Law and co-authored the books on ‘A Handbook on F.I.R from Investigation to trial’, ‘Land Law of Assam’, ‘A Handbook on Human Resource Management’, ‘Human Rights & I. P Regime’ and ‘A Handbook on Law of Insurance’. She is also the co-founder of Journal on Socio-Legal & Political Affairs.| Monika Bharati, is a Final year Law student pursuing her B.B.A LL.B (Hons) from NEF law College, Guwahati (Assam). She holds her keen interest in criminology. She has also published a Research paper in the upcoming book: “Global Thoughts and Opinions” edited by Hon’ble Justice A.K. Sikri and got published by Indian National Law Review under the aegis of Justice Dipak Mishra National Call for Chapters. She has co-authored in ‘Criminal Psychology & Law’, ‘Legal Essays on Social Issues’ and ‘A Handbook on Law of Insurance’.
