This Participant Handbook is designed to enable training for the specific Qualification Pack (QP) of Capital Goods Industry. CNC Operator- Turning performs outer diameter machining of a cylindrical workpiece. It involves inspecting the components and continuously monitoring the machining operation. This book aimed at the operator to be able to translate the engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. It involves making minor adjustments in order to ensure that the work output is achieved as per required quality and accuracy. The operator must check the machinery on a daily basis to guarantee the functionality and must be able to record all the machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
