About The Author

Dr. Arjun Gope, Ph. D., M.com (Gold medalist), MBA (Finance), currently works as Assistant Professor at Ramthakur College, Tripura. He has been teaching different subjects of commerce and management for more than last 16 years. He has authored three books and has one edited book to his credit. He has a number of research publications to his credit published in different journals and edited books. He has delivered lectures at state and national level as a resource person. He has acted as organizing secretary of national seminar and national workshops. Dr. Gope is awarded two best paper awards at both national and international conferences. Dr. Sujit Deb, Ph.D., MBA (Finance), MA (Economics), M.Sc. (Statistics), currently works as Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management studies at the ICFAI University, Tripura. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience and more than 8 years of academic research experience, and has authored a book on Mutual Fund and has edited one book to his credit. Dr. Deb has many research publications to his credit in national and international reputed journals, and has presented more than 15 research papers in the national and international conferences and seminars. With the vast experience of academics and research, Dr. Deb holds a number of portfolios on the university level and beyond. He has also delivered various lectures at different platforms for the national and international scholars especially on Research methodology.
