“Prisha Goyal is a high school student at the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science. Her fascination with neuroscience and psychology led her to expand her knowledge of the subjects. She competed in the Future Healthcare Professionals of America and the USA Biology Olympiad and was honored and awarded nationally. She researches in a neurocognitive laboratory, learning about psychology, behavioral neuroscience, neuropharmacology, and neurodegenerative disorders. As a highly passionate student of the inner workings of the brain, she has written and illustrated this book for like-minded individuals.
With her diligent research, concise narratives, and creative illustrations, she hopes that Brainy Breakthroughs provides accessible and engaging information to middle and high school students.
