About The Author
Dr. Bharat Kulkarni is a consultant on policy advisory and development of Agri Value chains Bharat worked with The United Nations Development Program in Ethiopia till 2011 in Agriculture value chain development. Presently, works as consultant on several agri-policy initiatives of governments and large-scale business investment projects of private sector, including governments in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi through agencies like The World Bank, USAID, IFC, and many others. He is a PhD in Economics and regularly speaks at various forums globally on issues around agri trade and policies. He has recipient of multiple awards for his work and his writings.
