ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Darshan J C is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Yenepoya Pharmacy College & Research Centre, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) Deralakatte, Mangalore, Karnataka, India and has completed his Doctor of Pharmacy from Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy, B.G. Nagar, Mandya, Karnataka, India. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Karnataka. Dr. Darshan is passionate about academics and research in core areas such as Clinical Pharmacy, Antibiotic Stewardship, Pharmacoeconomics etc. Dr. Darshan has 10+ publications to his credit and has attended and presented in more than 20 National and International Conferences/ Webinars and workshops. He has worked as integral part of various committees in the college and University level including NAAC and been an active member of professional bodies such as APTI, APR, IFERP, Counsel India etc.
