About the book
What is the mind? What is the best way to engage with it? We must understand the properties of the mind and how to manage them so that they do not destroy our happiness.
According to studies, we have approximately 60,000 thoughts per day, with roughly 70% of them being negative and redundant. Negative thoughts are completely natural. The most common feeling is being unhappy. Everyone is affected by impure thoughts. Is it possible, then, to overcome negative thoughts? Can we train our minds to only think positive thoughts? What are some simple ways to achieve this happy state?
This book will help you get rid of all negative thoughts and only think and store positive ones so that you can take control of your mind in the long run.
Do you know that mental illnesses cause nearly 80% of all diseases? All our health problems stem from our minds. If you have a mental health problem, your heart will be the first to suffer. The rest of the bad habits are secondary causes of the disease.

Our minds are blind to reality and the truth. It enjoys sinking its teeth into negative thoughts. This is the mind’s nature! As a result, we must train our minds to focus on reality rather than allow them to get distracted.
When you lose your wedding ring, you feel a sense of loss and sadness. You will suffer. However, if your friend loses his, you will still feel bad. You, on the other hand, will not suffer.
How can you re-create your day with positive memories and determine a positive outcome for the next day?
Do you recognise the significance of “being” in the present moment, rather than in the past “memories” or the future “speculations,” for a happy life?
