In engineering subjects graduate and diploma engineering students need to learn very common subjects in their 1st year as basic subjects; among them C programming is a very common subject that students need to learn in engineering; till now author has used mat-lab code as a common engineering tool for engineering purpose now author has decided to show the students how to learn C programming for laboratory practice purpose; here author has Dev-C++ software for programming purpose. So many programming’s are available but for the time being author has displayed very important programming for practice in laboratory of C programming technology. Mat-lab is a mathematical toolbox, that can solve all the mathematical problems just by using command; author has already done so many work on mat-lab; now in this last part of the book author has prescribed a genuine guidance to the students to know mat-lab from the grass-root. That means author wants that students must learn each and every command of mat-lab like what author has displayed in the previous C programming laboratory handbook. So, this is a simple hand book related to mat-lab for the students to learn the use of basic commands of mat-lab. The book can be useful for graduate level of engineering if students want to practise mat-lab as laboratory purpose. The author has added one of his research article at the end of the book so that graduate engineering students can understand the mat-lab related mathematical commands used in several programming purpose.
