This book is about an alien civilization, whose administrator tells the story, ie their legend about the origin of the universe and the origin of life in the universe. This book has two stages, the first is the present of this civilization and the second concerns the past and origin of life in space and the struggle between the two species for survival.
Evincepub Publishing: Congratulations on the publication of your marvel of a book, “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods.” How has the audience received it?
Peter Kent: Thank you very much for your congratulations. Thank you especially Evincepub for the opportunity to publish this book in India. And how did the audience receive it? In my home, where I live, it usually meets with a very response. But as they say, my house, my castle, my kingdom. I firmly believe that very well. And I believe that people will really like what I write and what style I write.
Evincepub Publishing: As a writer, how did the extra-terrestrial and a world unseen fascinate you and inspire you to write “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods”?
Peter Kent: Already in my childhood I was different from other children. That´s how they perceived me. I was mainly interested in the questions: How did we get here? What is our goal as people in general? Why are we here? Etc. Then I started reading a lot about astrophysics, the universe as such, views of other worlds, religions, and that later inspired me to tell the story. But most of all, it was triggered by the death of my mom. When I had old notes in the diaries, I pulled out and started rewriting, editing and, of course, the story began to develop gradually, until it became a very long story, which I decided to rework into more parts. And so The Legend of the Stones of Life was created.
Evincepub Publishing: Many authors have written in the same genre as yours yet “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” appears unique and different from its counterparts. How did you manage to create that uniqueness despite remaining true to the genre?
Peter Kent: I can only wish all these authors with great humility, all the best and that they will be able to write for a very long time. And as for my story. This story originated on its own. It´s also because I´ve read a lot, a lot of stories, but most importantly, I´ve watched a lot of movies. In the past, I had a secret childhood dream, I wanted to be a film producer, hence the films. But as is often the case, children´s dreams remain children´s dreams, in the vast majority of cases not being fulfilled. Apparently later, I developed an unlimited fantasy, which, in my opinion, has no boundaries, and I have now started to work a lot with it.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” is divided into two parts exploring different sides of the plot. How did you construct the idea of writing in such a manner?
Peter Kent: It was created right at the beginning, as I came up with this story. It has a meaning that readers will learn from other parts of this story. There will be more sections with different book titles, but they will follow each other. In the next works, everything will begin to crystallize, and eventually readers will understand the point of this style of writing. Therefore, I will not talk in advance about what will happen next and why this is so. In the end, it will make all the sense, making this story very colorful.
Evincepub Publishing: After writing “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” do you think there is more that can come from your pen as a sequel to the work? Would you like to share your plans for writing in the future?
Peter Kent: Of course, it will be a sequel, I´m slowly finishing it. But even after finishing, we still have a lot of work to do, because we need to make corrections, then a lot of work awaits my illustrator. As this sequel will be a larger project, there will be more illustrations. So we still have a lot of work to do. And I´m preparing more sequels to this story. So my dear readers have something to look forward to, who will read my book and will like it.
Evincepub Publishing: While “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” explores a world beyond, what genre of literary writing would you like your work to be placed in, since it doesn’t seem to be restricted to just one?
Peter Kent: It´s hard to say where to put this work, but if I had to put it in a category, it would be a sci-fi fantasy, but it´s just general category of what it would say about this book, because there´s a lot more to it in this story, which cannot even be expressed in a simple word. Therefore, I would very much like it to appeal to a wide audience of different genres. But as they say, a thousand people, a thousand tastes. Not everyone may like it.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” introduces you and your potential as a writer. Do you think you have been influenced by any other writers? Who would they be?
Peter Kent: The story as such, I had invented for a very long time and accompanied me for a very long time before I dared to put it on paper. There was a big problem with that, so I started reading a lot and learning to write. I have read many books and many authors. I have great respect for them. That is why this is a very difficult question for me. And it wouldn´t be fair to those other authors. Which also greatly influenced my thinking and writing. But when I have to choose who influenced my thinking and thus my writing the most, there are three authors: Johannes von Buttlar, Stephen Hawking and Frank Herbert.
Evincepub Publishing: Do you think “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” has the potential of being written in graphic form to convert it into a children’s book? Would you like to consider that option?
Peter Kent: Definitely yes, it can be very interesting. Why not? It would definitely be a beautiful book and I believe that it also very beneficial for children. It would be a big challenge for me.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” as a title seems quite thought-provoking and multi-dimensional. How did you decide upon it?
Peter Kent: It was the title of the book that was the most difficult task I have ever had. It was a very difficult choice, I couldn´t decide until the last minute. Eventually this title was created and it was. I never knew that choosing a title would be so difficult, but in the end it turned out that the first choice is always the best and this was like the first choice.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” explores the world of Asnia where you leave in a lot of details. Do you think there is a lot more left to be said?
Peter Kent: Yes, I will write a lot more about this world in several sequels, where I will describe this world in even more detail.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” is likely to excite the readers in no time. Did you have an idea of the gravity of the subject before you started writing the book?
Peter Kent: No, I had no idea yet. This book was my biggest school I graduated from. And I still have a lot to learn. However, I have a completely different view of the issue than before I started writing this book.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” shows your thorough research before writing the book. How did you formulate your research plan before you started working on it?
Peter Kent: I usually leave a lot of things for free. I intervene when it needs to be done. It´s hard to say how I created my research plan. Yes, I did but nothing can be completely planned one hundred percent, because external influences will eventually also fulfill their role in the plan.
Evincepub Publishing: “The Legend of the Stones of Life the Birth of the Gods” seems promising for the present and future generations. I wish you luck with your future ventures.
Peter Kent: Thank you very much. And once again, thank you very much for the opportunity to publish my book. I wish you all the best at Evincepub. Sincerely, Peter Kent
