ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kyra Menezes to a high school student with a passion for creative expression. She loves to read, write, paint, sew, bake and crochet when she has the time… which is rare. Kyra also loves souba diving, the ocean and her old Labrador, Gibbs. She is a talented musician, having studied music and the planoforte for over a decade. Kyra is a feminist and is passionate about queer issues. She has been writing stories and poetry since she was little, crafting whimsical tales of adventure or penning poignant poems that explore the depths of human emotion. In each tale, Kyra has embedded a purpose, whether that be to incite reflection or to entertain, as she presents this thoughtful debut collection with stories for people of all ages.
