4M-2 : Mini Matters, Matter More

My first English language book, “4M Mini Matters Matter More,” had a good response from the readers. The silver lining has been the selection of the book for MBA (HR) students (Final year) by FLAME University, Pune for the “Industrial Relations” subject in the session 2023-24.

I had the opportunity to interact with the students during the session wherein they made a chapter-wise presentation. The book was never intended to be any textbook during its writing, but as is said, “man proposes, and GOD disposes” – here GOD has proposed something in my favour.

This has certainly ignited a flair in me to go further in the channel, and the result is “4M2 Mini Matters Matter More”.
