This is what Sanjay came to realise after being diagnosed with the terrific disease of cancer, the disease which is a death knell for anyone, right? Nearly one in six deaths across the world is caused by cancer, as per WHO. Thus, enough to make anyone sit and get depressed after diagnosis. However, Sanjay’s is a unique story.
On his usual Business tour to Mumbai in 2011, the usual mild pain in his left ear transitioned into the horrible diagnosis of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, the rare form of Head cancer. What ensued after it is his story of fears, courage and triumph about how and why he raged an intense battle with the demonic cancerous cells only to defeat it ultimately! He leaves no stone unturned in these years-long ordeal by following alternative treatments, medical procedures and possibly all the treatments available. It wasn’t easy at all. His shaking hands and trembling legs were supported by his wife, his friends and his family members.
