Arun is a Professional turned Entrepreneur, with over 25 years’ experience in the ‘Corporate world’ in India and US. He has held leadership positions in some of the premier organizations like Bharti Airtel, Ericsson and HCL Group. He is currently providing ‘Consulting and Coaching’ services to various organisations and is a Partner with Positive Momentum in India, UK’s leading management consultants. He was recently appointed as an Advisor to Loyal VC, a ‘venture capital’ firm based in Canada.
Arun is the author of ‘The Xtraordinary Entrepreneur’ – an Amazon bestseller.Arun is a certified ‘Life coach and Executive coach’ by CCA He is a NLP Associate and a certified trainer for ‘The Success Principles’ by Jack Canfield, the No.1 business coach in America.
Arun was shortlisted by Silicon India Magazine as “10 Most Promising Life Coaching Providers – 2021. He was also chosen as a ‘Top 250 Superspeaker’ from more than 40,000 entries. He has ‘Coached’ over 500 people so far!
Arun was CEO & Director at AVTEG Pvt. Ltd for 7 years and he had a successful exit from this venture in 2019. AVTEG had set up “Centers of Excellence” under his leadership in various parts of India and had skilled over 15000 youth.
Earlier, he was the COO of the Enterprise business in Bharti Airtel and ‘Head of Alliances’ with Ericsson, North America. He has also worked with HCL Ltd. and Larsen & Toubro.
In Bharti Airtel, Arun was instrumental in scaling up Enterprise revenues more than 6X during his tenure. He was managing a large team across the industry verticals in India and revenues of over 100 million USD.
Arun has represented his organizations in various Industry forums and has been a speaker in many of the prestigious events organized by industry bodies like NASSCOM, NHRDN and FICCI.
Arun is an Engineering graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He has done Executive Leadership Programs at Insead Singapore, XLRI, IIMs, ISB etc. He is a certified Assessor by SHL, UK and Six Sigma champion by IGE. He is based in Gurgaon, India.
