The author doctor dharmdev Vidyarthi is MA bed PhD and DLitt. He authored 40 books and many articles for the newspapers he is the recipient of sahitya academy award and national awards in the field of teaching and social work also.he is working as regional director DAV institutions Haryana and member of technical education board and University also. he is working for the upliftment to society. He organised mass marriages for poor girls and extending financial assistance to the widows in addition to help the poor students in their study.
