Poet Arjun Y. Pangannavara’s the book ““Yellow Rose, Love Smile…& Life”” comprises 50 poems in English, focuses on his own experience in love and life. The book has fifty poems on nature, fate, life’s different looks and stages and love’s different faces, gifts, conversations, pleasures, longings, despairs, soothing and commemoration. These poems were composed during specific period on account of the happenings and instant feelings from stubborn and maddened heart, poems flew not from mind to write but from the bottom of heart and its instant reaction; so these poems are the memories of those events that I depicted them in form of poems, some are composed to eternalized the love and loved one, it is not the physical attraction’s love and its feelings but soul’s longing to one with the soul that attracted each other, love is not love that alters when finds alteration, it is the real love that has no bindings of time and purpose; the heart perception is strange, it shares its feelings, not passion, with the those whoever feels so by meets; love must be enduring but should not be erotic, meanwhile love is for all so it must also be eternalized. So are my poems, may diffuse love-honey perfume to the readers, but they are prayed not to despise them, they are my love.
