About the author
Dr. Asrar Sheriff is currently Head & Associate Professor of Zoology at The New College, Chennai Tamil Nadu. He has a rich experience of 30 years in Academics, Research and Administration. His areas of interest include Fishery Biology and Aquaculture, Developmental Biology, Environmental Sciences and Clinical Laboratory Technology. He has authored 5 books and published 50 Research articles . He has served as a Member of the Board of Studies for many colleges under the University of Madras and also on the Editorial Board of International and National Journals. He is also a Research Guide and Research Advisory Committee member for University of Madras affiliated colleges.
