Author is a Civil Engineer with 45 years spent in the construction industry. He has gained rich experience in various companies in India & abroad. He got experience in multi story residential buildings, townships, commercial complexes, chemical, petrochemical plants, oil, refineries plants in India & abroad. Worked in Indian Railways & also Government of India Undertaking, various limited companies in India & abroad. Worked in all gulf countries & East Africa & gained different kind of rich experience. I got very good professional experience in Germany’s firm at Mumbai worked in various locations of project sites. Gained rich experience in project, construction, contract management.
