Description
About the book
“Research,” in its most basic definition, can be defined as “systematic investigation to boost the collective knowledge,” as well as a “process” that consists of identifying and analyzing a “fact” or a “problem” in order to gain insight into it or to find a suitable solution to it. When a researcher adheres to a set of scientific methods, his or her approach becomes systematic. As defined in this context, legitimate research can be defined as the’ systematic’ discovery of law on a specific point and the advancement of law and science in general. Finding the law, on the other hand, is not so simple. It entails conducting a search strategy of legal materials, including statutes, regulations, and judicial declarations. It is necessary to delve deeper into the ‘core assumptions or explanations of the law’ to progress in the science of law. These actions necessitate the use of a systematic approach. When a researcher adheres to the scientific method, his or her approach becomes systematic. The research process is time-consuming and can yield limited results at times, but it is a thorough understanding of the fundamental concepts of the law, legal resources, and relevant areas that will be beneficial throughout the process. Data required to assist legal decision-making is identified, investigated, and re-claimed through the process of legal research. According to one definition, legal analysis encompasses each step of the process that begins with analyzing the facts of a dilemma and ends with a summary that includes more effective communication of the research findings and conclusions.
